In addition to the regular go teaching, we organize special events related to go every year. These events will differ from year to year, as it is completely based on where tournaments take place in the particular year, and which clubs that we cooperate with for arranging friendship games. Last year, we organized one visit to a pro game (with top pros Lee Sedol 9p - Luo Xihe 9p on the top board), a visit to the Zheng Hong 9p go school, friendship games with a Chinese club, and a weekend excursion together with kids from the Nie Weiping 9p go school, with opportunities to play go as well. Hu Yuqing, a former winner of the World Amateur Go Competition visited us in the apartments. Chang Hao 9p came for a visit, and we arranged a chat with Kong Jie 7p after a pro game, where the students had a chance to ask questions. Wang Yang 5p participated in some of the teaching and played simultanous games. In 2005, we had our best event to date, at the high school affiliated with People's University. We arranged a friendship game with top pros Chang Hao 9p, Ma Xiaochun 9p, Wang Lei 5p and Cheng Yaoye 9p. Friendship game in 2005.
