 !  Network

We emphasize the participants of the trip, and hope they will form a network of people who can meet later, during trips and go tournaments. This network will hopefully also spread information about go and games and attract interest for the trips.

Last year's participants and prospective participants meet on KGS in the Go'n'Games Go to China room, in the social category.

What do previous participants think about the Go to China trips?

"Hi, my name is Jan Czarnomski. I'm 16 years old and I'm from Germany. When I went to China I was just 15 years old, so my parents had a bad feeling about the trip to China. China is so far away and I'm a young boy. But in the end I found out, that there was no reason for such a feeling. The trip was an unique experience, that I would never repent. On the trip you could play go, relax, enjoy the great food, explore the Chinese culture...and much more. And when I came back to Germany, my parents asked me, if I missed them. I answered: "There was so much to do, I didn't have the time to miss you."

Previous participants may send an email to china@gongames.com to get a participants list of previous trips to be able to contact them. We also like to hear more about your experiences from the trips!
